Following the technical issues experienced by Worldpay’s payment gateway system since the 1st July, Dr Vegas would like to reassure and thank all of our customers for the understanding and patience they have shown during this time.
Worldpay is a leading global payments company with over 400,000 merchant customers and operates in 126 currencies across 140 countries. They process over 11.5bn transactions a year. Dr Vegas uses the services of Worldpay to process the transactions made on our website.
This has meant despite transactions being approved by Dr Vegas, Worldpay has been unable to process these transactions back to players in our normal timely fashion of between 1-3 days being back into a player’s bank account which Dr Vegas has always achieved.
