Feabhas to support employers recruiting 2014 graduates with a FastTrack Programme
23 July 2014 - Embedded software competency experts, Feabhas, are supporting graduates entering full-time employment, who lack the practical and theoretical skills needed in today’s embedded environment.
Experience of working with leading organisations to support their embedded software competency skills, has led Feabhas to identify that while graduates are generally taught ‘how’ to programme, they are rarely taught how to ‘find out what to do’ and how to prioritise work tasks. Good employers typically address this gap through mentoring, training and experience but it can often take around two years to acquire all the necessary good practices required to be a competent software engineer.
