Journey to Justice (JtoJ) inspires people to take action for social justice through learning about the role of ‘ordinary people’ in human rights movements, the arts and social change. JtoJ’s work addresses the sense of powerless, marginalisation and lack of ‘voice’ so many people in the UK feel. Their multi-arts, interactive travelling exhibition tells little known stories of people involved in the US civil rights movement and its universal messages and makes links to UK history.
