Telemisis, one of the UK’s leading providers of advanced remote monitoring, control and Internet of Things solutions and Tioga Limited, one of the UK's leading privately owned Contract Electronic Manufacturers (CEM), today announce the creation of Tioga Group Limited. Formed through the merger of their combined assets, the new group has been created as part of a strategic growth plan that will accelerate international expansion and entry into new markets.
Tioga Group Limited includes the businesses of Telemisis, Tioga, Audiotel International and a minority interest in SurePulse Medical, a joint venture with the University of Nottingham. The new group employs over 150 people across the UK. It already derives a substantial amount of its revenues from international sales.
