Trill Farm is a 300 acre mixed organic farm set in the rolling hills and woodlands of east Devon, close to the Jurassic coast. Romy Fraser and her family bought the farm in 2008 with the aim of developing an education centre, and community of small businesses based on the farm, working together to use resources of the diverse landscape.
We already have a number of thriving independent enterprises: Trill Farm Garden run by Ash and Kate, the grazing herd of Devon Ruby Red cattle and flocks of sheep run by Jake (Wessex Conservation Grazing), a soap and natural beauty product making workshop, and a fledgling herb growing business. We all follow the highest standards of organic practice, protecting and conserving the environment and wildlife of the farm.
All of Trill Farm’s unique and beautiful products are created using only the diverse resources we grow and harvest each season. We like to live within our means by limiting our stock quantities to what our 300 acres are able to produce, using minimal energy and generating minimal waste. We believe that food, through all stages of its evolution, lies at the very heart of life and we work to celebrate and reaffirm the connection between humanity, the animal kingdom and the nature which sustains us all.
