Zen shortlisted for prestigious Which? Award

Zen is currently one of only two Internet Service Providers (ISPs) with Which? Recommended Provider status for Broadband

Zen Internet has again been shortlisted for the title of Telecom Services Provider of the Year in the Which? Awards 2017. The awards reward and celebrate brands that “put their customers at the heart of their business.”

The annual Which? Awards are completely independent, and companies cannot nominate themselves. Shortlists are chosen by Which? experts based on independent research, testing, endorsements (such as Which? Recommended Provider status) and customer feedback. Zen is the current holder of the Telecom Services Provider of the Year title.

In addition, Zen is currently one of only two Internet Service Providers (ISPs) with Which? Recommended Provider status for Broadband.

Which? said that customers had praised Zen's outstanding customer service, and the organisation was impressed by Zen’s range of different broadband options, including its Fibre-to-the-Premises packages.

Andrew Fryatt, Zen’s managing director for residential and small business, said: “Which? is a respected champion of consumer rights and to be recognised by the organisation again – we’ve been named a Which? Recommended Provider for Broadband on ten occasions – is testament to the value we place on excellent products backed by first rate customer service.”

Which? is a brand name of the Consumers’ Association, an organisation that exists solely to promote the interests of consumers. It regularly campaigns to highlight and improve the quality, safety and cost-effectiveness of products and services sold to the public.

Winners will be announced at a ceremony on Wednesday 17 May.
