London, 20 December 2000 - NetValue, the European leader in Internet measurement and behaviour, has renewed its contract with Freeserve, the UK’s largest Internet Service Provider, for a second consecutive year. The agreement with Freeserve includes full access to NetValue Online, the online Internet analysis service, and NetValue Ad-Impact, the recently launched online advertising tool.

NetValue’s technology, NetMeter, is unique in the marketplace as it measures and reports on all Internet protocols : web, email, e-commerce, secure connections, instant messaging, chat and FTP. Freeserve will use NetValue data to understand how Internet users behave online, which websites they visit and how long they spend online. NetValue Ad-Impact will enable the Internet Service Provider to understand who is seeing their advertising, which websites are most effective for online advertising, and which sites are most valuable for forging future partnerships.
