Blue Martini Software to Announce Joint Initiatives With National Retail Federation (NRF)- New York, NY Jan 14-15, 2001

Blue Martini Software, a provider of enterprise software applications that help companies understand, target and interact with their customers and business partners, will announce joint initiatives with the National Retail Federation (NRF) at the NRF Annual Convention and EXPO held from January 14-15 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, NY. Blue Martini Software sponsors IXRetail Demo: Blue Martini Software will sponsor the first public demonstration of IXRetail. The IXRetail workshop will be held on Jan. 14, 2001 at the NRF Annual Conference from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time in room IE16 of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Announced earlier this week by the NRF, IXRetail is part of a cooperative effort of the Association for Retail Technology (ARTS), which is a division of the NRF, and ActiveStore, a Microsoft-led standards initiative, and plans to deliver a set of standard XML messages for a range of retail applications and functions.
