EXi Telecoms, one of the largest independent global providers of telecommunications services, is to speak at 'Rolling out 3G - Implementation & Project Management Strategies for Third Generation Mobile Networks'.

Martin Kirke, General Manager 3G business at EXi Telecoms will cover 'Overcoming Manpower Shortages: Successful Strategies for Resourcing 3G', based on EXi Telecoms' own experiences and innovative strategy for resourcing 3G.

EXi Telecoms is heavily involved in developing rollout of 3G technology and implementing GPRS. Ericsson and EXi Telecoms recently announced a Global Partnering Agreement for the fast roll-out of 3G (third generation or UMTS) mobile telecoms networks.
