On-line digital printing is now available from BTopenworld, BT’s international Internet business, for those people with digital cameras who still want old-fashioned prints to show friends and family. To introduce customers to the new Digital Photo Printing service, BTopenworld is offering customers the chance to get five 6x4 prints free of charge if they order between 2nd and 18th March.

Ordering your free prints is easy. The service, which is powered by Pixology’s Piccolo software, is available to both BTopenworld’s narrowband (BT Internet) and Broadband customers and can be downloaded free of charge from the BTinternet site at or from BTopenworld’s consumer and business broadband portals.

Once a customer has downloaded and installed the software, they will be able to selectively edit their digital images, for example, remove objects from photos and change the colours and brightness. Customers can order duplicates and enlargements of favourite pictures and select only the photos they really want to print - so no money is wasted developing photos that aren’t that good.

Prints are processed by a professional lab, printed on Fuji Crystal Archive paper, and sent back to the customer by post within five working days. No more time consuming trips back and forth to the crowded high street, no more disappointing photos and, quite simply, no fuss.
