London: 15 February 2001: Netonomy, the leading supplier of e-Care and e-Commerce solutions for wireless communications service providers, will demonstrate its applications specifically designed for the requirements of 3G operators at the World GSM Congress in Cannes from February 20-23.

In addition to its own booth, K32, Netonomy will also have a presence on the Cap Gemini Ernst & Young booth, where the two companies will be presenting a daily seminar, entitled: "The Self-Service Experience", which will show the benefits of adopting the self-service model. This seminar will demonstrate how the customer relationship management (CRM) paradigm is being replaced by a more customer-focused, customer managed relationship (CMR) approach.

Responding to the needs of 3G service providers, Netonomy has developed its MyNetonomy solution to enable 3G operators interact more efficiently with their subscribers. MyNetonomy enables communications service providers to offer a personalised self-service portal, allowing their subscribers to provision and manage their own accounts via the Web. This self-service channel is particularly valuable in the 3G environment, where interactions between the operator and subscriber will increase significantly, as customers will select from a wide range of value-added services.

Netonomy is the market leader in providing self-service e-Care and e-Commerce solutions to innovative communications service providers and is already working with leading players in the 3G environment. The MyNetonomy solution, built specifically for the global communications market, enables service providers to increase revenue, improve customer services, and reduce both subscriber churn and operating costs.

With headquarters in Boston and Paris, and sales offices in London and Rotterdam, Netonomy has established a leadership position in the self-service customer service arena. Netonomy partners with industry leading systems integrators, management consultants and other providers of telco-specific application software to produce complete solutions for the telecommunications sector.
