...demonstration on Stand J1, Hall 2, of optimised wireless content to all
WAP phones...

Wireless infrastructure software provider, Argogroup, today announced the
general availability (GA) of UbiquinoxTM Device Targeter. Designed for
content providers, content aggregators, wireless Internet portals and
network operators, UbiquinoxTM Device Targeter ensures the seamless
delivery of optimised Web content on the fly to all makes and models of
Internet-enabled mobile phones.

UbiquinoX Device Targeter sits on top of the device database, optimising
content so that it looks great and works perfectly on every device. The
UbiquinoX device profile database is the world's most comprehensive and
contains both the limitations and extra capabilities of 150 wireless
Internet devices. UbiquinoX customers can receive frequent updates of
profiles as new devices are introduced to the market.

While UbiquinoxTM Device Targeter has a list price starting at $66,000,
early adopter customers who opt to trial the product will benefit from a
25 per cent price reduction, if they purchase within 21 days. Further
they will have the software installed at no cost by Argogroup.

David Frodsham, CEO, Argogroup, commented, "Customers who install our
software now will not only be able to save money but will also instantly
improve the quality of the display, and delight their own customers.
Argogroup is about maximising potential giving every user the best
possible experience his handset will allow and then some. UbiquinoxTM
Device Targeter is the technology to do just this."

Notes to Editors

Argogroup develops infrastructure software for the wireless Internet,
delivering optimised content to wireless phones. By adjusting Internet
content in real-time to the capabilities of individual devices, Argogroup
protects against multiple, constantly evolving standards and device
diversity, broadening the range of sources and devices that can exchange
content. It enables network operators to offer higher quality data
services over more handsets, content providers to write richer wireless
applications once-only, and end-users to access an enhanced collection of
content and services.

Founded in 1996, Argogroup is headquartered near Guildford, UK, and
employs 70 people. It is currently ranked within Bain & Company's 'e25'
list and was recently listed by Red Herring as one of Europe's top 5
wireless Internet companies. Argogroup is a member of the WAP Forum, GSA
Global Mobile Suppliers Association, part of the OpenGroup MMF, the W3C,
the Bluetooth Special Interest Group, Openwave Systems' (previously
Phone.com) Alliance Program, and the Nokia Artus, Ericsson, Motorola and
