LONDON, 27 February 2001 - Tridion, a leading European provider of web
content management software, announced today that it has entered into an
agreement with Nebula Technologies, an Irish-based international
e-Business solutions and services provider. Under the terms of the
agreement, Nebula Technologies will offer Tridion's flagship product,
Tridion DialogServer, as part of its integrated service offering.
Financial details have not been disclosed, but the deal will allow Nebula
Technologies to capitalise on the exploding content management market.
According to Ovum Research, this sector is set to be worth $13 billion by
2004.

Nebula Technologies' integrated services embraces strategic consulting,
creative design services and technical solution development. The addition
of Tridion's DialogServer will add significantly to Nebula's overall
portfolio and allow them to provide an enhanced service. Customers who
have benefited from Nebula's expertise include Eircom, Ericsson, Bank of
Ireland and Toyota.
