Cisco to offer Interactive Intelligence’s interaction management software with Cisco’s ICS 7750 Communications System platform

London (March 5, 2001) – Interactive Intelligence Inc. (NASDAQ: ININ) has announced it has recently signed an OEM agreement with Cisco Systems, Inc. to offer Interactive Intelligence’s interaction management software with Cisco’s Integrated Communications System (ICS) 7750 platform.

Under the terms of the OEM agreement, Cisco will offer the Interactive Intelligence software with the ICS 7750, a complete integrated communications system that enables enterprise branch office (EBO) and mid-market companies to rapidly deploy New World applications such as personal productivity, unified messaging, data/voice collaboration and single site contact centre solutions.

The Interactive Intelligence product line is based on a unified, open platform known as the Interaction Center Platform™. According to Interactive Intelligence, this alternative to traditional computer telephony integration solutions consolidates communication devices, thus reducing start-up and maintenance costs, simplifying administration and increasing ease of customisation.
