This relationship gives QoS non-exclusive use of the KDDI domestic network
in Japan to assure the origination and delivery of IP communications

cities by early next 2002 including all major commercial and Internet
access centers. This growth has been in direct response to the rapidly
escalating demand for a new approach to converging voice, data and
multimedia via a single provider.

traffic flow by classes of service. The company also enables customers to
prioritise and manage bandwidth at the desktop via Q-Access, a powerful,
easy-to-use information portal that permits engineers to dynamically
provision packet prioritization, bandwidth availability and QoS levels via
a Web based interface.
Services now being provided by QoS Networks include IP Transport with
quality of service (QoS) guarantees, advanced security features utilizing
firewall functionality through sophisticated filtering and policies,
prioritised ASP access, VPN services, high-speed Internet access and VoIP
delivery services. Customers of QoS Networks include ISPs, local service
providers (including fixed and mobile wireless), ASPs, Web hosting
