Appoints new senior vice president business operations; promotes senior vice president, product operations and senior vice president, field operations

Torrance, CA – Trinagy, Inc. is strengthening its operational capabilities required by its continued growth through the appointment of James Klingler as senior vice president business operations and the promotions of Stephen Mank to senior vice president product operations, and Dale Quayle to senior vice president field operations. Reporting to David Woodall, CEO, these three executives comprise the new executive committee, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Trinagy. The executive committee, building upon Trinagy’s 10 years as a leading performance management software provider, will direct Trinagy’s exponential growth in the service provider and large enterprise market. The company’s customers include AT&T, BT, Bell Nexxia, IBM, Verio/NTT DoCoMo, Qwest Communications and Cignal Global Communications. Trinagy has built its relationships with these customers by providing solutions for managing their service level agreements and maintaining their Quality of Service, helping them deliver reliable, revenue-generating services.

Mr. Klingler serves as Trinagy’s chief financial officer and manages the financial and business operations of the company, including finance and accounting, human resources and IT. Prior to joining Trinagy, he held various finance and administrative management positions, including vice president, finance and administration for Triconex Corporation, and vice president and CFO for Wilshire Technologies. Mr. Klingler also served as vice president and controller for Allergan, Inc. He has a proven record of success in financial reporting and control, SEC reporting, cash management, acquisitions and divestitures, and business and strategic planning.

Mr. Mank oversees product development, product management, marketing, training and business development. Before joining Trinagy in April 2000, Mr. Mank held various executive management positions, including vice president of IP Services for NewBridge Networks and chief operating officer and CEO for Hayes Corporation.

Mr. Quayle directs field operations, including worldwide sales and customer service. The customer service organisation is comprised of technical support and professional services. Mr. Quayle, a 15-year IT industry veteran, joined Trinagy in 1999. Before that, he was vice president of sales and marketing at Artios Corporation, a $45 million venture-funded software company based in Irvine, California.
