Interactive marketing services company maintains strong European expansion
in the face of competitor cutbacks
LONDON, England (27th March, 2001) – In spite of challenging market conditions, MatchLogic, Inc., the leading global interactive marketing solutions company and wholly-owned subsidiary of the leader in broadband, Excite@Home (Nasdaq: ATHM), is celebrating the successful completion of the first three months since its official launch of its European operations through MatchLogic Europe, Ltd. However, MatchLogic already has almost 12 months experience in Europe, having conducted campaigns in four major European markets. This presence has enabled MatchLogic to gain a better understanding of the local market and has seen MatchLogic’s client base and staff grow considerably.
MatchLogic now offers four of the company’s key products throughout Europe, enabling European advertisers to draw on a full range of solutions including email, customer and prospect acquisition, ad serving, and CRM solutions.

Martin Smith, MatchLogic’s VP of international operations, feels the success of the company can be attributed to a strong business model and continued focus, even during the distractions of last year’s dot.com boom. Additionally, the company’s move into Europe was timed to coincide with Internet penetration levels that would benefit the company’s global client base.

MatchLogic will be maintaining its recent track record with the planned release of two new products in 2001, as well as additional features and improved functionality to existing products. According to Mr Moore however, the best is yet to come.
