Leatherhead, United Kingdom: 30 March 2001 - Categoric Software has today announced the appointment of Martin Harrison as its new Director of Sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Harrison brings with him 16 years’ experience of providing sales solutions for some of the highest profile networking companies in the world.

Having honed his expertise at companies such as Case Communications, the ntl group, Workplace Technologies and 3Com UK, Harrison is ideally placed to drive Categoric’s sales. With his unrivalled history of successful sales experience, Categoric is pleased to introduce a new member of the team with such a proven track record of delivering winning sales strategies with outstanding commercial results.

Harrison joins the group from Hydraweb Technologies, a pioneering traffic management solutions provider of which he was Managing Director. Throughout his career, Harrison has worked with the majority of the Fortune 500 businesses, combining leadership and direction with proven results. Communications giant 3Com named Harrison the UK’s top achiever, when he exceeded his sales targets. He excels in integrating acquisitions for fast-growing businesses, a skill perfectly suited to Categoric’s rapid expansion
