DOC 1 extends desktop publishing capability far beyond page layout and is the driving force for rapidly delivering every type of documentation including renewal invitations, statements, purchase orders and invoices. DOC1 formatting takes between 20 and 40 minutes with the output file being sent to an external company for printing and despatch. Customers receive their invoices the next day. DOC1 also produces invoices in PDF format to enable Europolitan Vodafone’s Customer Care Centres to answer queries and despatch copy invoices as requested by customers.
