(NYSE:IM), the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and supply chain management services, today announced that Ingram Micro Components and Private Label Division Europe, its specialised division headquartered in Munich (Germany) has signed a pan-European distribution agreement with Maxtor Corporation, a leading global supplier of information storage solutions.
According to the terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro's European subsidiaries will distribute to their resellers across Europe the full product range of Maxtor's hard drives. This includes DiamondMax™ and DiamondMax Plus lines of hard drives for mainstream and high performance-oriented PCs, as well as DiamondMax VL hard drives designed for more price- sensitive buyers and the emerging consumer electronics market.
