Unipower eBusiness Group, exhibiting at Webcom 2001, are showcasing their web content management tool, recently implemented by client BAA.


BAA plc, the leading international airport operator group that controls the £2billion property portfolio including Heathrow and six other leading airports in the UK, has chosen WebBuilderMagic to provide a flexible content management solution for the group’s 5,000-user intranet.

WebBuilderMagic is the innovative web content management tool developed by Unipower’s eBusiness Group. Unipower has been developing web sites in Lotus Domino since its release for some of the world’s leading companies including Prudential, Halifax, Unilever, Natwest, Standard Chartered Bank and Cadbury Schweppes. In the course of these development projects WebBuilderMagic was created as the web content management tool that would give control of the website back to the business, whilst keeping internet and intranet start-up costs to a minimum.

When explaining why BAA chose Unipower’s solution over that of its competitors, Steve Munn, BAA’s Intranet Programme Manager, said:
