revolutionise the online job market

Scandinavian news giant, Sondagsavisen A/S, is shaking up the UK’s lucrative £272 million* online recruitment market this week with the launch of, a powerful search engine that enables job seekers to scan, in one fell swoop, the 60,000+ jobs posted each day on the UK’s top job portals and view the results in one user-friendly interface.

Launched amidst much controversy, ClickAJob’s Founder, Yngve Traberg, said, “Our mission is to create improved transparency in the job market and to ease the recruitment process for both job seekers and employers alike. Asked how employers will benefit, Yngve explained, “ClickAJob will act as an Application Service Provider (ASP), enabling a direct connection between employers and employees and allowing companies to manage their entire staffing requirements with ease.”

Once a job has been posted on the ClickAJob site, clients can use the ‘HR Portal Control Panel’ to view the status of each vacancy posted, edit job descriptions and add new jobs, whilst a ‘Job Statistics Screen’ enables them to monitor the number of hits any particular advertisement has received. ClickAJob’s unique ‘HR Portal’ will create a dynamic link from the ClickAJob site to the client’s personal recruitment web pages. If amendments are made to a job or a new position is posted on ClickAJob, these changes are immediately duplicated on the client’s web site.
