Acquisition of e4m Solutions continues CFI growth and heralds the
beginning of consolidation within the electronic forms marketplace

announced that it has acquired e4m Solutions of Canoga Park, CA - Los
Angeles, a major specialist in e-forms software sales, service and
support. Terms were not disclosed; although earnings will be immediately
accretive to current shareholders of CFI.
Under terms of the acquisition, e4m will become Create!form
International US, an operating subsidiary of the parent company
Create!form International, Inc. and continue to be led by Ronald T.
Cohen and his existing leadership team. "The LA office will continue to
enhance the solid reputation for customer service and innovative
document output business solutions within the CFI family," said Cohen.
