London, 14 May 2001: The world of managing business support services today took a major step forward with the launch of Servusb2b, the first specialist company to exploit outsourcing by combining its strong professional services skills with the tools and techniques of e-business to realise the full potential of a business’s support activities.

The launch follows the completion of a major two-year research and investment programme, which identified this as a major market opportunity. “Our attitudinal research* for example showed that, despite perceived scepticism, more than three-quarters of the UK companies surveyed expect a shift to the Internet, e-procurement and e-commerce,” confirms Russell.
