Jos Dikhoff appointed to CEO position, as European web content management software company executes its next phase of
growth

London, 14 May 2000 - Tridion, a leading European provider of XML-based web content management software, announced today
that Jos Dikhoff, currently Tridion's vice president of sales, will take over as CEO of the company effective 1 July 2001. Dikhoff replaces Paul Konijnendijk, who is leaving the company at the end of June 2001.

"Jos has been a vital part of Tridion's management team since he joined us back in August of last year," said Roland Slot, chairman of Tridion's Supervisory Board of Directors. "He has the right mix of market insight, technology experience, company leadership and a results-driven management style that will ensure Tridion's place as a global player in the market for web content management software. He is exactly the type of leader we need to guide Tridion through the next phase of
growth."

Dikhoff, a software veteran with extensive sales, business development and executive management experience at companies such as Oracle, USoft Corporation and Seagull, joined Tridion in August 2000 as vice president of sales. In this role, he drove Tridion's international sales operations and led a pan-European team that successfully signed on more than 50 customers to-date all across Europe. He will continue to assume his sales management responsibilities in the near future,
while also taking on the additional responsibilities of CEO as of 1 July 2001. Together with Tridion's management team, Dikhoff will set future business strategies and continue to ensure operational excellence.

Paul Konijnendijk will step down from the position of CEO at the end of June 2001. Konijnendijk joined Tridion as CEO in early 1999 as the software company was just being formed, and was instrumental in transforming Tridion into a European market leader for web content management software. Konijnendijk will continue to contribute to the developments of Tridion as an appointed external Advisor to the Supervisory Board of Directors.

"For the past two years, I've had the pleasure of working with a fantastic group of people who've all shared the same belief and objective to grow Tridion to become a major player in our market," said Konijnendijk. "I take great pride in the fact that Tridion has met that objective. I am confident that Jos can lead Tridion to even greater heights."

"Tridion has significantly benefited from the experience, integrity, leadership and execution strength that Paul has brought to the organisation," continued Slot. "He has overseen Tridion's growth from a 10 person start-up in Amsterdam to a thriving pan-European organisation with solid funding, a strong network of partners, a growing roster of enterprise customers, and a family of 200 employees."
