London – 16 May 2001: bluparc, an enterprise software company that enables interactive permission-based marketing through online and wireless devices, and MicroStrategy Incorporated, a leading vendor of Business Intelligence software, today announced an Original Equipment Manufacturer agreement whereby bluparc will license key aspects of MicroStrategy software in its platform.
Recently launched, bluparc has announced its flagship product, the CMR Environment. The product provides a sophisticated mechanism for marketers to create one-to-one campaigns that adapt automatically and in real-time to customer response.

Stewart Holness, bluparc’s CEO, was formerly Vice President for International e-Business and Strategy.com at MicroStrategy. He comments: “As you might imagine, I am well aware of the quality of the products that MicroStrategy bring to the marketplace. MicroStrategy’s analytical engine, combined with the delivery engine, gives bluparc a sound foundation on which to build its applications.”
