London – 16 May 2001: bluparc, an enterprise software company, today announced its flagship product, the CMR Environment, that provides a sophisticated mechanism for marketers to create one-to-one campaigns that adapt automatically and in real-time to customer response.
The company is creating “out of the box” applications, called Permission Builders, targeted towards specific vertical markets, such as financial or retail. Businesses may make use of Permission Builders to gain the trust and confidence of their customers, winning permission to contact them directly via online and wireless devices.
Comprised of six subsystems, all designed with published APIs to facilitate integration, the CMR Environment provides all the functionality required to introduce data, personalise it, interact with it in real-time, and deliver messages to millions of subscribers. Marketers may then use the intuitive user interface, the CMR Workbench to create campaigns that react to customer responses and actions in real time.
