Worldwide Program Delivers Discounted Product, Support and Education
to Solution Partners

OREM, UT-May 21, 2001-Caldera International, Inc. (Nasdaq: CALD), today
announced their Solution Partner Program, a worldwide reseller partner
program that combines the most significant benefits from Caldera's
eSolutions Provider and The Santa Cruz Operation's (SCO) North American
Reseller and Worldwide Partner programs.

The Solution Partner Program delivers reduced cost demonstration versions of
Caldera OpenLinux, Open UNIX, OpenServer and Volution, and regular
newsletters to the channel. Partners receive discounts on support and
education, including free-of-charge technical examinations. In addition,
Caldera partners have access to a library of marketing tools, sales guides
and white papers and are invited to participate in Caldera beta programs.
