The announcement comes as SRC Telecom launches a range of consulting, application development and hosting services for telephony speech recognition. Dr. Neil Bowers joins SRC as Head of Development, leading SRC’s company-wide Development group. Clive McDaid has been appointed Head of Projects, having previously held the position of Project Manager with SRC. In this role, Clive provides end-to-end customer project management, from initial project requirement capture to successful hosted service launch. His previous experience includes various project management positions with Centrefile and ADP, with a particular emphasis on time-critical delivery of projects. Ian Winn has joined SRC Telecom as Operations Manager, responsible for hosting platform operations, relationships with carriers and management of the customer helpdesk.
