Affinity makes senior management appointments to bolster new operating
structure

Affinity Internet Holdings plc today announced four new senior appointments
to reflect the new operating structure, comprising three main business
divisions: Affinity Internet, Affinity Telecoms and Affinity Commerce (see
accompanying announcement for further information). Each of the three
business divisions is being overseen by a Group Director selected to reflect
their expertise in each sector, with the addition of a new UK CEO to
spearhead operations.

June May has been appointed the new CEO of UK Operations to enable Wayne
Lochner to take a more strategic role as Global CEO and focus on the
International expansion of Affinity. June originally joined Affinity as a
non-executive board member in 1999 and has held senior management positions
for industry heavyweights including Informix and Novell for the last 10
years.

Danny Sullivan joins Affinity from BT Ignite Internet Services Division as
the Affinity Internet Group Director. Danny was instrumental in the
formation of BT's Internet Service Provider (ISP) Group in 1999. He was also
involved in the creation of BT's ISP Strategy and became Vice President
Channel and Specialist Sales BT Ignite. Danny's key responsibility with
Affinity Internet is to continue to oversee a period of strong growth for
the company and grow Virtual Internet Service Provider (VISP) services in
new sectors.

Affinity Telecom will be overseen by Gary Sheppard as Group Director. Gary
has been responsible for the very successful growth of Advanced Telecom for
the last 15 years before it became part of Affinity Internet Holdings in
January 2001.

Peter Cosgrove has been appointed Group Director of Affinity Commerce, the
portals and content management division, following his in-depth involvement
with Affinity's eCRM platform as joint venture business manager. Prior to
his new role, Peter was the COO of Affinity Internet Holdings. Before
joining Affinity, Peter completed over 30 mergers and acquisitions in five
different countries in his role as Group Managing Director for Lex. Peter
negotiated distribution agreements with Japanese, Korean, American, and
European companies.

Wayne Lochner, Global CEO, commented: "Affinity's operating structure has
evolved to reflect the market demand for integrated solutions. With the
introduction of the three main business divisions it was essential that we
have high-calibre senior management to encourage growth and profitability
throughout the business."
