Un-metered Internet access starts as soon as school finishes

29th May 2001 - Affinity Internet Holdings today announced its new ISP access package,
Surf@Home for its 150 Virtual Internet Service Provider (VISP) clients. The
new package was created in response to consumer demand following the
introduction of un-metered call connections using the FRIACO (Flat Rate
Internet Access Call Origination) infrastructure earlier this year.

The new package is part of an entire range which has been devised
specifically based on customer's lifestyle needs. Affinity identified the
need for an alternative to the majority of unmetered evening and weekend ISP
packages that offer access from 6pm. Surf@Home has been specifically
targeted at families with school children and offers unlimited access from
4pm to 8am weekdays and any time at weekends, for a recommended retail price
of £9.99 a month.

Tiny Online, the ISP, Portal and e-tailing arm of Tiny Computers, has
already decided to launch this new un-metered service from Affinity.

In the UK alone over 1.2 million people have accessed the Web through one of
the 150 branded VISPs - including Tiny Computers, Arsenal and Egg - that use
Affinity's service. The company combined data regarding patterns of use
among consumer and business users with feedback from its clients to design
its new packages using Affinity's convergent billing platform.

Danny Sullivan, Director of Affinity Internet commented: "We're always
looking at the packages we offer to our VISP clients to make sure they're
giving their customers what they want. One of the advantages of being able
to monitor the usage patterns of so many people accessing the Web is that
we're able identify and respond to customer demands quicker and tailor the
ISP offerings for each client."
