MGI and Zden sign agreement for development, promotion and delivery of digital content Tuesday 29 May 2001 PDF Print MGI Software, a leading global provider of visual media software products and infrastructure, today announced an agreement with European digital content economy enabler, Zden, which will bring together the technology, expertise and market reach of both companies, and allow Zden to provide an enhanced digital imaging offering for its users on Zden.com. As part of the agreement, Zden will implement MGI’s Zoom Image Server technology, providing customers with the option of offering a high-resolution version of the images they make available from the web site. Jan-Albert Valk, director of business development, Zden, said, “Zden.com users can now benefit from MGI’s leading Zoom Image Server technology by promoting their digital images in a more professional way, and giving potential customers the opportunity to examine pictures in far more detail.” Zden will also offer MGI’s digital imaging products as electronic software downloads from its web site.
