New interactive web support from Vector guides resellers through sales process

Tamworth, Staffs. – Wednesday, 30th May 2001 - PC management specialists Vector Networks, announce the launch of their on-line reseller sales support initiative: ChannelWeb. The password protected website offers access to information and support materials to assist resellers in the sales process. It includes an on-line sales support tool, an ROI tool and downloadable versions of all Vector’s sales and marketing collateral. Channel partners currently represent approximately 95% of Vector’s product sales. ChannelWeb forms a major investment and is a demonstration of Vector’s continued commitment to the channel and supports Vector’s existing lead generation and training initiatives.

Making Sales Easy with IntelliSales

ChannelWeb introduces IntelliSales, an electronic Sales Assistant, which helps resellers to sell Vector products over the phone. It uses hyperlinked "cue-cards" packed with focussed sales information on PC-Duo and LANutil. IntelliSales is also downloadable for use by the sales team off-line.

ROI Calculators

The ROI (Return-on-Investment) Calculator spreadsheets enable resellers to build a Return-on-Investment case for sales prospects. It can be downloaded from the web and can be either given to potential customers to assist them in presenting their purchase justification or worked through with the customer to calculate the ROI for implementing the Vector products.
Channel Marketing Manager, Phil Robinson explains: “Supporting our resellers is key to continued growth at Vector.
