DUBLIN, IRELAND - June 5, 2001 - QoS Networks, a new generation network using intelligent,
high-performance routing to optimize content delivery with guaranteed Quality of Service
(QoS) - in a native IP environment - today announces that it has concluded negotiations with
WebUseNet Corp, the world's largest commercial provider of UseNet NNTP news, to provide
content distribution services for the next 3 years in a contract valued at more than $3

Under the terms of the deal QoS will provide intelligent IP services for the high-speed,
prioritized delivery of WebUseNet's content to customers, and WebUseNet will make its
media-rich content available to all QoS customers and end-users.
