You are using an outdated browser. Please upgrade your browser. - the UK’s most visited web destination *- today announced that it has clinched a deal with Pixology to launch a co-branded on-line photo gallery using digital image and printing technology.

The new MSN online gallery service provides additional consumer content and enables customers to select an image from an immense range of photographic material and either order photo quality prints or have the image applied to items such as T-shirts, mouse-mats or posters, all selected, handled and paid for on-line.

A key factor in the decision to create this new service was’s desire to develop an incremental revenue stream to complement its existing portal channels, which include sport, news, music, celebrities and events. The ability to obtain printed images online of celebrities, pop icons or popular personalities, supports this strategy perfectly.

Much of the picture content within the service will be drawn from the vast image library of the Press Association, giving huge choice as well as an ever-changing image base that can mirror popular culture and the mood of the moment as well as providing ‘classic’ images.

Pixology’s CEO, Yuval Yashiv, added: “MSN is a great brand to add to our customer portfolio and the partnership agreement we have not only enables us to support their customer strategy, but allows us to work closely in developing additional imaging opportunities, so that the service can evolve to meet future needs.”

This latest contract for the Guildford based company comes on the back of another recent contract with News International, who also operate a Pixology driven gallery printing service via the internet. The UK launch will be the first of its kind for and will be seen as a benchmark for other territories.

Also, by operating News International’s gallery, and by developing other internet photo-printing services for customers such as BT, NTL and, Pixology has demonstrated that the technology is already successful and proven in a demanding market place.
