Integrated Suite Enables Companies to Drive Revenues Across Multiple Channels, and Build Profitable Relationships with Customers and Partners Globally

MAIDENHEAD, UK (6, June 2001) - Blue Martini Software, Inc., (NASDAQ: BLUE) a provider of next generation customer relationship management (eCRM) applications that help companies to understand, target and interact with their customers and business partners, today announced the availability of the Blue Martini 4 external customer relationship management (eCRM) application suite localised in German, French, Spanish and Japanese, and with double-byte character-set support. The application suite enables companies to understand, target and interact with their customers and business partners in their native languages and currencies, across multiple touch points, including websites, partner extranets, supplier portals, marketing campaigns, wireless devices and call centres.

The Blue Martini 4 application suite is designed to decrease the costs associated with managing worldwide eCRM deployments by enabling business users to centrally create and manage web-based content, catalogues and marketing campaigns in multiple languages and currencies out of a single Unicode database. The Blue Martini eCRM application suite also makes it easy for companies to do business whenever and however they want via mobile touch points such as cellular phones, wireless devices and in-store mobile handheld devices.
