Radview Software Launches New Functional Testing Solution,
Broadens Web Application Testing Range

Radview now offers unique, open-standards Javascript scripting
language and integrated user interface throughout entire product line.


RadView Software Ltd, a leading provider of solutions for verifying
the performance, scalability, and integrity of business-critical Web
applications, has introduced an advanced functional testing tool,
WebFT, to its range of integrated testing solutions.

WebFT is claimed to be the industry's first Web-centric testing
solution that evaluates the functional accuracy of an application
to reduce the risks, costs and time associated with Web application
deployments. WebFT enables developers and quality assurance
(QA) professionals to quickly and easily test e-business applications
throughout the development lifecycle, to drive down the costs and
complexity of deploying high quality applications.

WebFT includes two key features: the innovative open
standards-based SmartScript and flexible Integrated Testing
Environment (ITE).

SmartScript is the industry's first and only JavaScript scripting
language, bridging the gap between functional and load testing and
enabling the same scripts to be used for both functions. SmartScript
allows tests to keep running when application errors are detected,
eliminating the effort normally spent on stopping, resolving, and
restarting the test each time an error is encountered. It automatically
recognizes and adjusts to the frequent changes made to Web applications,
helping organisations reduce test time and development costs.

WebFT's ITE provides the flexibility to test via drag and drop, copy and
paste functionality utilizing an icon-based user interface. In addition,
WebFT allows users to drill down and manually program via JavaScript command
lines. This is claimed to greatly simplify test recording, test generation
and standard debugging.

WebFT will be available July 23, 2001. Pricing for WebFT begins at $4,995.
