Under the 3-year contract, worth $295,000, Digica will provide 24/7 management for Rhodia ChiRex’s 3 NT servers in Boston, Massachusetts and Malvern, Pennsylvania in the USA. Digica will also provide remote desktop management support for 100 desktops. Under a separate contract, Digica already provides 24-hour operations and technical support for Rhodia ChiRex’ 2 AS/400 machines which are used as the platform for their SAP R/3 system.
