enterprise applications across the globe over the Internet or any other
network," said Jane Rimmer, Citrix Director of Marketing, Northern Europe.
"The extensive range of presentations, panel debates, press breakout
sessions and keynote speeches enables delegates to explore the application
server computing model in depth."

Some highlights from the Citrix iForum 2001 NE calendar include:

Realising the Vision

Mark Templeton, CEO & Traver Gruen-Kennedy, VP Strategy, Citrix Systems
In this special keynote presentation, Templeton and Gruen-Kennedy will
discuss Citrix's strategic vision, focusing on how the company is delivering
on its promise to make information access as simple as a phone call. They
will describe how this vision continues to evolve and break new ground with
innovative products and services

The 'Always On' Society

Ray Hammond, Futurologist

Bandwidth is the oxygen of the 21st Century. In the future, every company,
organisation and individual will be permanently connected -- 'always on' --
at low cost. We cannot yet imagine what we will do with such permanent,
high-capacity connectivity. Ray Hammond, futurologist, technology analyst
and commentator on the digital age, will share his vision of how technology
will continue to shape and develop our world - a world in which every
business will re-organise its structure around high-capacity fixed and
mobile multi-platform network communications. 'Always on' is a new mindset
for business, government and society. The effects are hard to predict, but
we can be sure they will be far-reaching.

The Enterprise Portal

Nikos Drakos, Senior Analyst, Gartner Group

After the hype that has surrounded the portal concept for the past two
years, the reality is beginning to dawn. In this session Gartner's Drakos
will demonstrate how new technologies, including Citrix NFuseTM, allow
companies to deploy fully integrated Web application portals to any device,
realising the full potential of the Internet.

Apps on the move

Colly Myers, CEO, Symbian

The increasing prevalence of mobile devices in the corporate environment
raises serious questions about deploying and managing applications across a
heterogeneous user base. Myers will discuss how Citrix is working with
Symbian and its partners to ensure that all applications can be accessed
securely and efficiently, regardless of form factor.

Betting the Farm on Citrix

Andrew Booth, IT Support Director, United Business Media International

Discover how UBMI, a leading publishing and events company, has achieved
significant benefits with an application serving solution that provides all
its 1,300 employees with access to mission-critical applications.
