The partnership with QoS Networks will allow Hansol iGlobe to become the first network

In a challenging marketplace, many Korean Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are looking to

customers. The newly promoted portfolio of products being offered to Korean ISPs by Hansol
iGlobe and QoS Networks will provide a new revenue opportunity and provide a cost-effective
alternative to traditional private line services, that have been so costly.

Having completed detailed discussions relating to technical and commercial integration of the
services, QoS Networks has begun installation of equipment at the Hansol iGlobe Seoul POP.
Once installation and testing have been completed, both companies will begin providing these
products to ISPs, carriers and enterprise customers.

Soon-Yub Samuel Kwon, the President and COO of Hansol iGlobe Co., Ltd. said "Given the
current state of the Korean Internet landscape, Hansol iGlobe anticipates that many of the
high-profile Korean ISPs will quickly migrate to our IP-based network services from their
traditional TDM-based services. The strategic alliance between Hansol iGlobe and QoS Networks
will help the Korean marketplace maintain the momentum for growth by providing a coherent
portfolio of products and services that deliver true value to our enterprise customers and
generate new revenue streams for all communications providers".

Jim Valentine, CEO of QoS Networks said "This agreement with Hansol iGlobe, one of the
foremost carriers in Asia, demonstrates QoS' commitment to delivering intelligent IP services
to Korean customers and expand upon our agreements in Japan with NTT Data and DDI Corporation
(KDDI). This partnership between a leader in the Korean marketplace and the leading global
native IP network will enable both companies to meet all current and emerging customer needs
