1Tier, developers of QFlow technology that optimises data, voice and video communication
traffic over the public internet, today announces that it has entered into a pilot agreement
with QoS Networks, a provider of a new generation intelligent IP services, utilising high
performance routing to optimise content delivery with guaranteed Quality of Service (QoS).

Under the terms of the agreement, 1Tier will conduct tests to monitor network performance and
a range of services under full transmission of data traffic to QoS Networks' customers in
European and North America. Once tests have been completed both parties anticipate the
service to become commercially ready to accept customers. In readiness for full commercial
launch, 1Tier has installed proprietary servers (Q-Nodes) in QoS' network and it is
anticipated by both parties that the pilot will extend to include Tokyo and other Asian
locations during the next few months.
