…Technology leaders cooperate to make QoS based VPNs mainstream…

SHREWSBURY, NEW JERSEY and DUBLIN, IRELAND - ISPsoft Inc, a leading provider of broadband

announced that it will jointly deploy the next-generation Open Source Software (OSS)
solutions with QoS Networks, a provider of a new generation intelligent IP services,
utilizing high-performance routing to optimize content delivery with guaranteed Quality of

This joint initiative will allow both parties to develop integrated provisioning and

carriers. As a key component of the QoS network architecture, both parties will monitor ways
