London, July 5, 2001 - Projectplace Ltd, the leading ASP for communication and collaboration services in Europe has announced a partnership with Smallbiz UK Limited. Under the terms of the agreement Smallbiz will supply web-based collaboration services using Projectplace's service which for the purposes of the partnership will be called Smallbiz Projectplace.

"Successfully integrating projects can be a real nightmare for people running small businesses," said Gerard Liston, managing director for Smallbiz UK Ltd. Smallbiz Projectplace brings all team members together, wherever they are based, and is a great way to ensure that everybody is singing from the same song sheet."

It has a simple and easy-to-use layout so everybody - not just trained project managers can get up and running very quickly. Through using Smallbiz's small business specialisation we can target this growing sector of business very economically."

The business concept of Projectplace is to provide a global pay-per-use web-based application service for professional project collaboration.
