Standards of Excellence, Customer Satisfaction and Staff Development and Training are just some of the areas that the awards cover.
David Williams, Publisher of Call Centre Focus commented, “This year the judges received 260 entries from over 120 individual call centres, almost three times the number of entries received last year. The submissions came from organisations across Europe including Sweden, Israel, Italy, France, Germany, the Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland and Russia. With such intense competition, we wish all entries the best of luck to win these much coveted awards.”
