European Call Centre of the Year Awards 2001 boasts support of key industry players.

The European Call Centre of the Year Awards 2001, have attracted sponsorship from leading industry organisations including Call Centre Expo (1), ISV Group, Academee, Calcom, Catalyst IT Partners, E-Share, GN Netcom, Recall Recruitment, Witness Systems and Primus Knowledge Solutions; to mention a few (2). The Awards are organized by Call Centre Focus magazine (3), the UK’s leading European telebusiness publication focused on the call and contact centre industry.

The European Call Centre Awards are hailed as the industry benchmark and recognise best practice across the industry. These coveted awards provide organisations the opportunity to be commended for their achievements and the role they play within the industry. Standards of Excellence, Customer Satisfaction and Staff Development and Training are just some of the areas that the awards cover.

With such intense competition, we wish all entries the best of luck to win these much coveted awards.”

The Awards take place on the first night of Call Centre Expo 2001 (9th October 2001), the UK’s biggest & best Telebusiness and Customer Contact Management event (3). The Awards have been titled ‘Space Odyssey 2001 Ball’ and will take place at the Hilton Metropole Hotel, Birmingham (NEC).


Entries to the awards have now closed and will be judged by an independent panel of 18 leading professionals from various consultancies, industry associations and key editors of supporting publications.
