As more and more users turn to on-line channels for accessing information, enterprises are

Blackwell Publishers, is hosting a round table to discuss the growing challenge of creating
and controlling on-line presence to ensure the most efficient exchange of business-critical

· Tridion will announce The Open University as its latest customer to use its web content
management solution. Dave Meara, Head of Online Applications, The Open University, will
explain how Tridion's DialogServer will become a core component of The Open University's
online offering, and discuss the importance of XML-based technology in content management.
The Open University is the major distance learning institution in the UK.

· Mike Fenton, Technical Director, Blackwell Publishers, will share the company's first hand
experience of using an effective web content management solution to achieve bottom-line
savings. Blackwell Publishers is the world's largest independent, academic publisher of
books, journals and educational software.

· Alun Cope-Morgan, managing director, Tridion, UK, will discuss the concept of 'blueprint
management' for managing multiple web sites, particularly to achieve global brand
consistency, while producing localised versions of online publications. Tridion is a leading
European software company delivering advanced web content management solutions. Its core
product, Tridion DialogServer, enables mid-size and large enterprises to publish, manage and
update their web content in an efficient and effective manner.
