Five partners already signed up to a benefits package that brings long-term customer retention and recurring revenue streams

Pasporte, the pureplay ASP, has announced its new channel-focussed business strategy for delivering reliable, profitable, value-added ASP solutions. The Synergy Partner Alliance Programme embraces a wide sales channel of specialist ISVs, web integrators and VARs, providing a specialist technical support environment while ensuring guaranteed revenue streams and a range of other support benefits, over the course of each service contract.

"Our skills lie in creating and supporting secure, flexible and reliable hosting services for an extremely wide variety of applications," said Gary Woodward, CEO of Pasporte. "The channel are so crucial to our sales successes - having ownership of such a unique level of customer contact and knowledge - that we are very keen to encourage and reward partners for offering our advanced application hosting solutions to clients, and to far extend their own customer retention periods."

Members of Synergy are carefully selected for inclusion in the programme, and are required to meet strict quality guidelines. Alliance partners benefit from a full range of technical, marketing and sales support functions. Central to these is the annuity commission structure that offers initial kick-back, plus regular additional monthly payments throughout the life of the ASP contract. The programme's commission structure encourages partners to extend the duration of customers' contracts at a higher service level, often at the same or a reduced cost.

Five partners have already signed up to the programme, with many customer installations either completed or in development. The partners are: Entity, Northdoor, NetInfo, Nexus and Sorce. "Pasporte provides an essential element of our e-business solution delivery," said Chris Finlay, Managing Director of web integrator Entity Group Ltd. "The Synergy Partner Alliance Programme is a highly relevant offering for e-business solution development companies such as ourselves, enabling us to provide high-quality ASP services."

"Channel companies and their staff are perpetually faced with achieving challenging sales targets for one-off business," said Peter Gee, Director of Strategic Alliances, Pasporte. "Synergy not only offers an initial reward for making contracts in the ASP model, there are also attractive recurring revenues streams that greatly benefit the partners' own financial well-being."
