CacheFlow ships nearly three times as many units as nearest competitor

In a recent comprehensive IDC market research report, "Worldwide Appliance Server Market Forecast and Analysis, 2000 - 2005," compiled by market analysts Mark Melenovsky and John Humphreys, preliminary full year 2000 results indicate CacheFlow's cIQ™ family of caching appliances achieved a 35.2% global shipment market share, nearly three times that of any other vendor. In revenue, CacheFlow achieved 38.4% market share, compared with 20.7% for the nearest competitor. The report also estimated that the total caching appliance market grew by 73% over the previous year.
