Predictive marketing software provider Quadstone and e-CRM vendor
Point Information Systems have announced a strategic alliance and new
integrated solution which could well signpost the way ahead for
Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

The alliance brings together two of the world's leading authorities in
customer interaction and customer behaviour modelling. Point's unique
