Noetica’s Synthesys to be deployed at Institute of Technical Education in Singapore
Noetica, UK provider of easy-to-use call centre and CRM software solutions, has announced today that Toshiba Data Dynamics Singapore Pte Ltd (TDSP), has selected its Synthesys call centre software to supply businesses in Singapore .
The terms of this exciting new venture allow TDSP to sell Noetica’s Synthesys along with the March Networks 3200 Integrated Communications Platform (ICP) from Mitel Networks. Noetica has Mitel Connected status on both the March Networks 3200 ICP and the Mitel SX-2000 range of telephone switches.
The venture has already successfully secured a deal for the deployment of both Synthesys and a March Networks 3200 ICP at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) in Singapore.
General Manager (E-Business) of TDSP, Kenneth Goh, comments, “We have found Noetica’s Synthesys is the perfect complement to the March Networks 3200 ICP. The installation for the ITE is a real example of three companies partnering to address the needs of the SME sector.”

ITE or the Institute of Technical Education was established as a post secondary institution on 1 April 1992, under the charge of the Ministry of Education, Singapore. The Institute is led by a tripartite Board of Governors chaired by Mr Eric Gwee Teck Hai, with representatives from the government, employers and unions.
