London, August 13, 2001. The AGI Conference, being held alongside the GIS 2001 exhibition, is offering AGI members and group bookings, special discounted rates to attend the conference. GIS 2001, the UK's leading spatial business intelligence exhibition and conference (1), will be held on 18-20 September 2001 at Earls Court 2.

The AGI, the UK’s GI industry association, is offering AGI members wanting to attend the conference up to a 50% discounted rate when they book any conference session.
New for 2001 will be the ‘Bring a Buddy’ discount available to non-AGI members. This applies when a group of 3 colleagues register to attend the conference, a 25% discount will be offered to the 3rd delegate. (Terms and conditions apply) (2).

(1) GIS 2000, in association with the AGI conference, was held 26th – 28th September at Earls Court 2. It featured over 130 exhibitors and had 3,392 visitors, (ABC Audited), an increase of 12% from 1999 visitor numbers.

(2) All 3 forms must be received together as one booking - the company must also clearly indicate which of the 3 registrations is the 3rd delegate to qualify for the 25% discount. All 3 have to be from the same company.
